Carrier

We use FedEx International Priority or DHL Express for the most efficient and dependable international shipping. All the orders will be shipped from Hong Kong.

Processing Time

All Marigold Fine Jewelry products are carefully handmade to order. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain (specific) deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us at service@marigold-jewelry.com

Shipping Time

For international orders, it will take 3-5 business days for shipping. *Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Shipping Fee

For order’s value < $250, you will be required to pay $40 for the shipping fee. For order's value ≥ $250, the shipping fee is waived.

Signature Required Upon Delivery

Your purchase is likely to be an expensive one. We require signatures for all orders. We would hate for your order to get lost in transit. If you for some reason you would like to waive this option, please email us at service@marigold-jewelry.com

Return & Exchange

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items, and we also have a simple return policy.

How do I make a return?

1. Contact us at service@marigold-jewelry.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

2. If you would like to make a return please email us for a return authorization at service@marigold-jewelry.com(no refund will be granted without return authorization).

3. Please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. Marigold Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.

4. Once your return is received and inspected (please allow 1~2 business days to inspect), we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued.

How to care for your 18K gold jewelry?

- To maintain the shine of your 18k solid gold piece, scrub it lightly with a soft-bristled brush using warm water and detergent-free soap. 

- Then, buff gently with a clean cloth. 

- Store your pieces in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure.

How to care for our diamonds?

- Use warm water, detergent-free soap and a soft-bristled brush, rinsing the diamond and setting afterward to ensure there is no residue. 

- Do not use steam or ultrasonic cleaners, as this can cause damage. 

- Store your diamond jewelry in a safe, dry place when not worn.

How to care for our natural gemstones?

- To keep gemstones clean and shiny, scrub lightly with a soft-bristled brush, warm water and detergent-free soap. 

- Avoid chemicals or excessive temperatures when cleaning. 

- Store in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure.
